We look for specific skills and traits in the people we bring on board. Working predominantly on the phone, your role will see you working on behalf of our client to recover outstanding debts incurred by their customers.
You will need to possess good rapport building and negotiation skills to influence and convince the debtors to pay back the money they owe and in turn, helping them to overcome their financial difficulties.
You will at times have to handle challenging and demanding interactions, so excellent communication skills and a resilient nature is required. A background in Collections or Sales and a thorough understanding of the credit management industry is ideal along with the proven ability to consistently meet KPIs and financial targets.
Being self-motivated, results-driven and able to effectively solve problems is also an important trait to have.
